Where the app explains itself: the “?” beside each field, the first-release tour, Money Map lessons and your Get Paid path. And how to tell us when something is confusing, with a screenshot.

- The “?” beside a field opens a short note: what the field is, why it matters, and a link to the guide chapter. There's one beside about 30 fields where a wrong answer costs money, like the ISRC, IPI, split shares, PRO and payout email. It works on a phone, and without JavaScript.
- The first-release tour opens on your first visit: five short parts on releases, splits, store checks, the Money Map and the Get Paid path. Take the first-release tour on the home page brings it back.
- Money Map lessons: every red or amber branch opens a lesson on what that money is and how to fix it for that song. See The Money Map.
- Your Get Paid path, on My page: the seven sign-ups each writer and performer needs, with what each costs.
- Every check says why. Audio checks, cover checks and store checks each name the rule and link to where it comes from.

The page you were on and your name go with it, so you don't need to explain where you were. A person reads every message. The answer comes back to your bell, and by email if you get emails.
Good questions become part of these help pages, so the next band doesn't have to ask.

Questions
Who answers?
Jay, who runs Split n Spin, reads and answers every message during the beta.
Can I report a problem with a store, like a wrong artist page?
Yes: send feedback from that release’s page, so we can see which release it is, and say which store and what looks wrong.
Is there a phone number?
No. Feedback and email are the ways to reach us.
